Property Repairs, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Premises Statutory Compliance Service Level Agreement 2018-2019

All electrical and mechanical plant within buildings requires regular servicing and PPM to comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 and to ensure the equipment achieves its expected lifespan and reduce unexpected expensive breakdowns which could lead to building closure whilst awaiting repair.

Our service contracts are financially compliant and in place, schools can easily be added to the premises lists.

The Corporate Repairs and Statutory Compliance Team is multi-disciplined offering Building Maintenance Surveyors, Building Condition and Asbestos Surveyors, Building Services engineers (Mechanical, Electrical and Water Hygiene) all with considerable experience of working within the Education Environment.
