Providing legal advice and training to schools, signing up to the service allows schools a number of hours of support
We offer legal advice and support across several legal areas. The legal advice offered covers:
• General advice – including advice on education law, statutory safeguarding [children] law and dealing with correspondence from solicitors.
• Contracts – drafting or commenting on contract content, advising on general principles of procurement requirements and dealing with disputes.
• Litigation – advice, assistance and representation before the Courts and other Tribunals. This may include claims by or against you, debt recovery injunctions and resisting requests from Solicitors for access to pupils’ school records.
• Property Matters – including land transactions and issues relating to the use of land.
