The service supports school admission for children newly arrived to the UK.

The service supports school admission for children who are newly arrived to the UK (Asylum Seeker /Refugee, migrant workers, family re-unions), for children of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller heritage and other minority ethnic groups who are vulnerable and at risk of under achievement. The service continues to support schools and pupils after admission, in order to settle children and engage them into school life as quickly and fully as possible.
